This equipment delivers full-range heavy-duty lifting capabilities, meeting diverse material handling requirements across multiple scenarios. It offers five rated capacities: 100KG, 300KG, 600KG, 1000KG, and 2000KG. All models feature a stable electric lifting module to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation. The 100KG capacity handles light materials and small container transfers, while the 300KG version supports lightweight production line silos and pallets. The 600KG-1000KG range accommodates medium-sized pallets and bulk material handling, and the 2000KG capacity excels in heavy-duty silos and large-scale heavy lifting, providing comprehensive solutions for cargo transportation from light to heavy loads.
The entire product line is equipped with unified laser SLAM navigation technology, enabling autonomous operation throughout the entire workflow from picking, transportation to placement. It intelligently optimizes routes, automatically avoids obstacles (including shelves and equipment), and achieves ±10 mm positioning accuracy. This ensures precise alignment between goods of varying load capacities and workstations/shelves, preventing material collisions and damage.
Furthermore, the entire series features a compact design that enables agile movement through narrow passages (with a minimum width of 1.2 meters), perfectly adapting to the spatial constraints of densely packed warehouses and production lines. The equipment supports automatic charging (with an 8-hour battery life), allows batch task allocation via a remote scheduling system, and is compatible with WMS/ERP systems-automatically initiating material flows based on inventory or production line requirements without manual intervention. All load capacities meet the demands of 24/7 continuous operations, making it a versatile automated processing tool that combines full-range high-capacity handling with strong scene adaptability.
