This device has the full specification heavy-load lifting capability, covering multiple scenarios of load requirements: it provides five rated load options of 100KG, 300KG, 600KG, 1000KG, and 2000KG. The entire series is equipped with stable electric lifting modules to ensure no jitter or deviation during the lifting process. The 100KG specification is suitable for light materials and small material box transportation; the 300KG specification can be connected to light production line material bins and small pallet transportation; the 600KG-1000KG specification is suitable for medium-sized pallets and batch material transportation; the 2000KG specification can meet the efficient transportation of heavy material bins and large heavy objects, flexibly covering the full range of cargo handling requirements from light to heavy.

The entire series of equipment uniformly adopts laser SLAM navigation technology, which can autonomously complete the entire process of picking, transportation, and placement: it intelligently plans the optimal path, automatically avoids obstacles (including shelves and equipment), with a positioning accuracy of ±10 millimetres, ensuring that goods of different load specifications can be accurately connected with the workstation and shelves, avoiding material collisions and losses.

In addition, all series of equipment adopt a compact body design, which can flexibly navigate through narrow passages (the narrowest can reach 1.2 meters), perfectly adapting to the space environment of dense warehouses and production lines. The equipment supports automatic charging (with a battery life of 8 hours), can be batch-allocated tasks through a remote scheduling system, and is compatible with WMS/ERP systems - automatically initiating material circulation based on inventory or production line requirements, without the need for manual intervention. All load specifications meet the efficient logistics requirements of 24/7 continuous operation, and is a multi-functional automated processing tool that combines full-range large-capacity carrying capacity and strong scene adaptability, helping enterprises achieve intelligent and efficient upgrading of material handling.
