The mobile manipulator AGV is a next-generation intelligent robot that seamlessly combines autonomous mobility with robotic arm functionality, enabling flexible, hands-free material handling across diverse industrial environments. This composite robot integrates a high-precision 6-axis robotic arm onto a fully autonomous mobile base, delivering the agility of an AMR with the dexterity of a collaborative robot.

Powered by laser SLAM navigation, the platform operates without floor markings or magnetic tapes. It autonomously maps its environment, plans optimal paths, avoids dynamic obstacles, and reaches target locations with ±10mm positioning accuracy-ensuring reliable docking and task execution in complex layouts.

The robotic arm features high repeatability (±0.05mm) and supports multiple end-effectors such as grippers, suction cups, and tool changers, allowing it to perform tasks like picking, placing, sorting, assembly, and palletizing. With a reach of up to 1.2 meters and payload capacity of 10kg, it can handle a wide range of small-to-medium-sized components in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing applications. Designed for indoor use on flat surfaces, the robot excels in narrow aisles, multi-level workstations, and mixed-operation zones. Its compact design allows smooth navigation through tight spaces while maintaining stability during arm motion. The system includes built-in safety features: collision detection, emergency stop, and real-time monitoring via on-board sensors.

It supports seamless integration with WMS, MES, and ERP systems via standard communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, Modbus), enabling automatic task assignment, real-time status updates, and closed-loop inventory management. Additionally, it supports autonomous charging, ensuring continuous operation with minimal downtime.
