The integrated steering and drive unit enables smooth forward/backward movement and precise turning-even within narrow aisles as confined as 1.8 meters-while maintaining stability under loads up to 1500kg.Its forks are crafted from high-strength aluminium alloy, offering an optimal balance of lightweight construction, corrosion resistance, and structural durability. This material choice reduces overall vehicle weight without compromising load capacity, enhancing energy efficiency and floor protection.

Equipped with laser SLAM navigation, the AGV operates without any floor modifications-no magnetic tapes, QR codes, or reflectors required. It builds real-time maps, plans optimal paths, avoids dynamic obstacles, and achieves ±10mm positioning accuracy for reliable docking at workstations or storage locations. Integrated safety systems-including emergency stop, anti-collision sensors, and audible/visual alerts-ensure safe operation alongside human workers. The AGV supports autonomous charging, enabling continuous 24/7 operation with minimal downtime.

Designed exclusively for indoor use on flat, solid floors (concrete or epoxy), it seamlessly integrates with WMS/MES via standard protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, Modbus). Compatible with EUR/ISO pallets and common turnover containers, it's ideal for e-commerce fulfilment centres, 3C assembly lines, food & pharmaceutical warehouses, and automotive component logistics.
