Profile Summary :

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting automation solutions to potential customers. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong sales skills, technical knowledge of automation systems, and excellent communication abilities


Key Skills :

    Sales Generation :
  • Identify potential customers and target markets for automation solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Submitting Quotation or Proposal to the customers.

    Sales Pipeline Management :
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Forecast sales targets and provide regular updates to management.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling automation projects.

    Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Finding new customers in the market related to our products and services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    Technical Expertise :
  • Develop a deep understanding of automation technologies and solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements, and competitor offerings.
  • Articulate the value proposition and benefits of automation systems to customers.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the sales process.

    Collaboration and Teamwork :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
  • Share feedback and insights from customers to contribute to product improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative sales strategies and best practices
  • Timely reporting to the Manager
