Position Title: Manager – Sales & Service
Experience Required: 7–10 years of experience in SMT equipment sales and service (e.g., Pick & Place, Reflow, SPI, AOI, and Printers).
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
Profile Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Service Manager with a strong background in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across pre-sales and post-sales activities. This role requires a technical understanding of SMT processes, equipment, and customer service excellence.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for SMT machines and solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in EMS, OEM, and electronics manufacturing sectors.
  • Manage existing key accounts, build long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in alignment with company policies.
Service Responsibilities:
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of SMT equipment.
  • Lead the service team to ensure timely support, troubleshooting, and customer issue resolution.
  • Coordinate training programs for clients on machine usage, maintenance, and upgrades.Maintain service reports, documentation, and ensure compliance with service standards.
Team & Operations Management:
  • Supervise and mentor the sales & service team; provide performance feedback and development plans.
  • Liaise with global OEMs/suppliers for technical updates and service bulletins.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for strategic insights. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, product management, finance) for seamless operations.

  • Understanding of after-sales service processes and service contract management.

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics).
Profile Summary: We are seeking an experienced Engineer to join our service team, responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure pricing, lead times, and delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
